Continuing Classes

This class is a continuation of your Tai Chi journey after you have completed a Beginning Tai Chi class with Connection Tai Chi or a similar class in the lineage of Master Moy Lin Chin. Tai Chi can be a lifelong journey. The deeper you go, the more health benefits you will receive.
