Frequently Asked Questions

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to class. We suggest tennis shoes/sneakers, or any comfortable shoe with no or low heel.

 Masks are currently required to protect our vulnerable practitioners.

Classes are once per week.

In Tai Chi you are standing or moving during class. We teach a series of moves that can be done alone or in a group. Our form of Tai Chi focuses on achieving mind-body awareness, meditation in motion.
