Learn the foundations of Tai Chi

Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. In this class you will learn the foundations of Tai Chi and put them into action in a Short (17 move) Tai Chi form.  Come join us and see why Tai Chi is known as meditation in motion!​

Class will be held Thursday mornings 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. starting January 11, 2024 (18 class series)

Class will be held Wednesday evenings 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. starting January 10, 2024 (18 class series)

Note: Masks are required for this class to protect our vulnerable participants, and social distancing will be encouraged.
